Exchange and return policies
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
The FaciUP team is constantly investing in policies so that our customers always leave satisfied. You can request the exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days after receiving it. The following conditions must be met:
The product must be returned in its original packaging;

The product must be returned without any evidence of use or consumption, that is, in the form it was received;

The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) affixed, manuals and all accessories that accompany it.
IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not respected.
WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Send an email to contact@faciup.com and inform:
- Name of the product;
- Number of the application;
- E-mail registered in the purchase;
- Reason for exchange or return;
- IMAGE OR VIDEO THAT PROVES THE DEFECT, IF THERE IS.
Once all the questions about the return of the product have been confirmed, we will inform you of the address for returning the product and reimburse you for the amount paid for the product and the freight.
FORMS OF COMPENSATION
Credit card chargeback: this chargeback can appear on up to two invoices after the return is completed by the payment gateway.
TED - Transfer to the customer’s account which can be made within 10 working days after confirmation of return. THE TRANSFER MAY NOT BE MADE ON ACCOUNT OF THIRD PARTIES.
