CARE WITH ORDER ADDRESSING
Faciup will arrange the shipment of the products to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, in order to avoid any delays for the delivery of your order, we ask you to be careful when filling in the address at which you wish to receive your order.
RECIPIENT ABSENT
Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office makes three attempts to deliver the products, if there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest Post Office to the address, and in this case, it will be necessary for the recipient of the package to collect it at the post office within 7 calendar days. If the recipient of the order does not make the withdrawal, as a rule of the Post Office, the package will return to the sender, being necessary the payment of a new freight for the return of the product.
All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the post office where the recipient should collect his package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be tracked on the Post website, using the tracking code provided by the store.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Faciup is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete completion of the destination address of orders placed in the store. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, as a rule of the post office, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts at that address will be made.
In case the delivery is not made due to the discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer has no right to refund, it will be necessary to pay a new freight, worth 65 reais (shipping value + postal rate), for returning the product.
PROCESSING TIME
After your order is processed and payment falls into our system, the next steps are: picking, packing and dispatch. This process usually takes about 1 to 3 business days.
DEADLINE FOR PRODUCT SHIPMENT AND TRACKING CODE
You will receive the tracking code in the email registered to your purchase within 7 business days after processing your order.
To track your order, simply go to the Post Office page and paste the tracking code you receive in your email.

Being an international order, for tracking to be available on the Correios site it is necessary that there is displacement of the product and for this reason, it takes about 5 to 10 working days to be able to view the tracking of the product.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time is estimated from 2 to 12 weeks after the order has been dispatched. However, adverse factors such as delays in the release of the Federal Revenue, Post Office strike, impossibility of delivery due to climatic factors or risk areas, national holidays may add a few days in the delivery of the product.
However, most of our customers are receiving their order in up to 20 calendar days.

There are situations where the delivery of an order can be made in two or more shipments, as products may be shipped from different suppliers. In this case, you will receive a tracking code for each shipment.
WAYS OF SENDING
The products are always delivered by Correios, however, in some cases such as missing recipient, region with delivery limitation or even incorrect address, it may be that the customer has to pick up the product at the nearest branch to his residence.
If the address is not filled in correctly, it is possible that the product will be returned to the sender. We ask for extra attention when filling in the address. If there is any error in filling the address and the product can not be delivered, the responsibility is of the customer.
The post office makes three attempts to deliver, if they are unable to complete it the product will be available for collection at the nearest agency for up to 7 days. After this time, the product returns to the sender.
IMPORTANT REMARKS
Any import is subject to bureaucracy or customs duties. If you receive any extra charges for your order, we are responsible for such fees. Contact us by email: contato@faciup.com within 48 hours informing the amount paid to the Post Office and attaching a copy of the tax document, which we will return to the contact to refund the amounts paid.
